I was very happy with the quality of the product? It came packaged in a nice box. Easy to set up and take apart to clean. Most importantly it separated the Juice and pulp retaining lots of liquid. I did have to cut the apple in about 6 pieces for better grinding. I am not a fan of store apple juice but love apples the juice produced smooth sweet juice that tastes like apples not the store brought flavor. I used baby carrots and they worked perfect, yielding sweet juice as well. Very happy!!! Used with my KitchenAid Artisan.
